With Disney+’s amazing lineup of movies and shows celebrating queer characters and stories, we’ve put together a list of the most unforgettable scenes and lines. These moments will truly touch your heart, crack you up, and help you see the world in a whole new way through the eyes of queer individuals.

1. Heartbreaking POSE Performance
The category is performance of a lifetime! Despite facing hardships, Pray Tell (Billy Porter), through a heartbreaking rendition of Donny Hathaway’s ‘For All We Know,’ sang their hearts out of unwavering determination, inspiring the community to keep fighting for a better future.

After same-sex marriage was legalized in California, “Modern Family” aired an episode where Cam and Mitch simultaneously proposed, showing that true love always prevails.

Even with the hurdles of coming out, Simon (Nick Robinson) and Bram (Keiynan Lonsdale) share a romance brimming with genuine connection, laughter, and heartwarming moments. Their story proves that everyone deserves a shot at a dazzling and joyful love affair.
4. Wild Uncharted Waters
Exploring new aspects of sexuality can be a transformative journey, much like Nina’s (Natalie Portman) in Black Swan. The beauty lies in having the courage to step into the unknown, challenge the norms, and fully embrace and celebrate your true self.
5. I Confess to Almighty Love
For many LGBTQIA+ individuals, the act of coming out marks a significant personal journey. This was sensitively depicted when McGregor (Jack Whitehall) confided in Frank (Dwayne Johnson), explaining that his romantic interests were directed elsewhere. This heartfelt exchange beautifully underscored the profound need for understanding and empathy in navigating these deeply personal moments.
6. Tough Reality
Navigating society’s beauty standards can be especially challenging for individuals within the gay community. In a poignant moment, Howie (Bowen Yang) felt vulnerable and excluded, believing he didn’t meet these expectations. Yet, there’s a bright side: the definition of beauty is expanding to include everyone, offering empowerment and the opportunity to be cherished and accepted as they truly are.
7. Scorching Love
