Zeen Magazine is a fashion, pop culture, and entertainment platform that caters to Gen Z and Millennials in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Associate to handle the marketing and event promotion of our magazine across digital and offline platforms, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
Responsibilities
– Event Planning and Execution: Assist in organizing magazine events, launches, and brand activations, from concept to post-event evaluation.
– Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels and offline platforms to promote the magazine.
– Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising: Coordinate and manage OOH campaigns, including billboards and other public spaces, to increase brand visibility.
– Partnerships and Sponsorships: Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and influencers to maximize collaboration opportunities for the magazine.
– Content Coordination: Support content marketing initiatives, such as social media posts, event promos, and other marketing collateral.
– Budget Monitoring: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and events.
– Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
– Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for marketing-related inquiries, keeping stakeholders informed on project status and updates.
– Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event materials and marketing activations.
– Event Logistics: Oversee logistics such as venue booking, staffing, and materials preparation for events.
Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in promoting Zeen Magazine through a combination of digital marketing, event coordination, and OOH advertising. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage multiple marketing channels, foster partnerships, and ensure that our events and campaigns are executed flawlessly to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
– Plan and manage marketing events and promotional activities.
– Handle both digital and offline marketing campaigns, including OOH activations.
– Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
– Manage vendor relationships for event materials and promotional activities.
– Monitor and track marketing budgets and project timelines.
– Assist with content creation for social media and marketing purposes.
– Produce reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights.
– Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on projects.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Experience in digital marketing and OOH advertising is preferred.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
– Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
– Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
– Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
